About this design
This pattern is adapted from A Wreath of Roses by Mary Lawrance (British, 1781–1845), 1799 (etching and stipple, hand colored). It is in the collection of The Cleveland Museum of Art, which releases the image under CC0 (public domain).
The chart uses 25 DMC colours and 8,681 full cross stitches; the background is left unstitched so the fabric shows through. On 14-count Aida it measures 25.4 x 28.3 cm (10.0 x 11.1 in).
