Happy Birthday Cake Topper

The words are welded into one piece with a base bar, and an offset backing layer with two stakes sits behind them, so the lettering shows a neat outline. Set in Pacifico (SIL Open Font License), converted to outlines.

Glitter or metallic card makes a good backing. Wrap the stakes in washi tape or clear film before they go into a cake.
