About this design

Two overlapping squares make the eight-point centre, surrounded by a star-chord rosette, a ring of arches and sixteen pointed rays. Four layers in navy, terracotta, mustard and cream give each opening a two-colour outline.

Frame it on a dark backing, or build it up with foam pads for depth. It also works as a single layer: cut only the top layer for a lace version.
