Rolled Paper Rose Set

Each spiral is one closed cut with a scalloped edge and a round base at its centre. Rolled from the outside in and glued to the base, it opens into a rose of about 2.5, 3.5 or 4.5 cm.

Use them on cards, gift wrap, wreaths, cake boards and wedding table pieces. A quilling tool makes rolling quicker.
