Star Lattice Layered Mandala

The centre is a woven star drawn from overlapping sixteen-point star polygons, ringed by interlaced circles and pointed arches. Three layers give each cut-out a thin coloured outline over a dark base.

Ink, old gold and cream look like gilded lacework; for a softer piece try navy, sky and white. Frame it, use it as a card topper or hang it as a decoration.
